Before my CV session with Rob, I only had a very basic CV that I had produced some 5 years before. I had been with my current employer for a good while and felt the time was right to leave my job and find a new challenge.

However, when applying for other positions at the cutting edge of the recruitment industry, I was given the impression that it was my CV that let me down. I was extremely worried that no employer would appreciate what I had to offer and that I would never find the right job for me.
